Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SayFeedback.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service
The Service enables customers to collect short voice or text feedback, automatically transcribe speech to text, and generate AI insights. The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older.

User Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

Data Processing Role
For embedded feedback forms, AI Assist Technologies acts as a Data Processor. The form owner (our customer) acts as the Data Controller and must provide its own privacy policy and obtain all necessary consents from end users in compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

Audio & Transcriptions
We do not store original audio recordings. We store only text transcriptions, metadata, and AI-generated summaries for analytics, reporting, and product functionality.

Third-Party Solutions
We use third-party providers solely to operate the Service, including: Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/SSL), Render (backend hosting), Vercel or Cloudflare Pages (frontend hosting), Supabase (database), OpenAI API (Whisper & GPT), Google Identity (OAuth), GitHub (repo & CI/CD), and Stripe (billing).
Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy; you should review them. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Billing & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal. Pricing and plan limits are presented on our website.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading unlawful content, infringing IP rights, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the Service’s integrity or security.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy of AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Assist Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
